01 — When to book a child's hearing test

02 — What the session looks like
We adapt the session to the child's age — otoscopic examination, age-appropriate tone testing through headphones, tympanometry and OAE where suitable. Parents stay involved, sessions are unhurried, and nothing is painful. Results are explained to you clearly: what we found, what it means, and the next step.
03 — Hearing and speech are checked together
If hearing is affected, speech and language development may be affected too. That is why our assessments sit alongside speech & language therapy — one centre, both halves of the picture, no being sent from place to place.
